hell yeah.
straight edge was not really popular in my city. They were individuals that claimed it but there wasn't a "straight edge community" or a scene of bands.
I definitely love Minor Threat and just about anything on Dischord or Ebullition, but I'm definitely more of an emo listener than a straight edge listerner.
That being said, I can see the appeal of the straight edge lifestyle now that I'm older.

I don't think I've ever seen one of those. Is that just a movie popcorn place?

Let's all take a moment to remember and appreciate Karmelkorn. What were your favorite flavors? Butter? Cheese? Carmel? Or the classic mix of all three?

These things are really good. They can make all vegetable dishes more appealing. You can use them instead of cheese for many things. It's healthy as fuck. I can't think of a single better thing that is as good for you.

I'm not smart enough to understand it. It's just intellectual babble from people that think they can predict the future. Maybe it is interesting but probably a good idea to not take it 100% seriously.

I'm not really a believer in accelerationism but it's interesting.
From that context, we might have already hit the "technological singularity" that it talks about.
For me what will either prove or disprove that is, when AI starts taking all the jobs, are we going to move towards Star Trek world or Blade Runner world?
If we can't shift gears at that point, then that is the singularity kind of.

Trees existed before humans. And trees will outlast humans

What removes their agency?

I moved this thread to /tech/ to kind of emphasize that this is a good place to share your projects.
I actually might take this down one day. At the moment there isn't a good reason to bring it down, but in the future it could turn into "I would rather run something else instead."
