I watched the latest episode of South Park. It talks about censorship of American media with lawsuits. But they did say "retarded faggot" several times in the episode. Some people on the right like restricting free speech as much as the left.
It feels like, the left used to defend everyone from censorship that was coming from religious right. But then they got so impotent and focused on stupid things like egg shells of autistic transexuals and now they're not there doing the thing you need them for.
The UK is basically a muslim country at this point, so this really isn't surprising
